  • Simply put, Yes and No. All xbox live subscription cards work worldwide on any xbox 360 console. The Microsoft Xbox live points will only work on specified region xbox live accounts. Please be sure to read underneath each of our product listings, as it will tell you where the code works.

  • All orders are put through a fraud monitor system that scans orders for potential fraud.  Each order gets read back a fraud score to our system.  If your score is over a certain limit it will get held for us to review. This doesn't mean you won't get a code it just means we must manually review it to assure we do not get scammed.  Paypal accounts are hacked and many hackers will try to defraud our system and clean out our codes so this process is mandatory.  We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • In general terms this is how our ordering process works:

    1) Add an item to your basket and click to checkout.
    2) Enter your email address during checkout & click the PayPal button to complete your purchase.
    3) After you have successfully made payment you will receive an email with a link that contains instructions to receive your product.
          

  • Yes, we will issue you a refund as long as you have not recevied your product yet. Once a code is sent not refund will be given. Please contact us to arrange for a refund.
  • All emails are sent instantly after your purchase. There can be several reasons why you have not recevied them, they include:

    1) Our emails are going to your bulk/spam folder, please be sure to check to see if they are located there.

    2.) If you still haven't received your code, then something is going wrong with your email system.  Make sure you add us to your contacts / safe list and let us know to resend it.

    Please note our system is automated, so if you didn't receive your code its NOT because we simply just didn't send it to you.
